Primelube Petrochemicals (M) Sdn. Bhd. has been entrusted by UMW Holding Berhad as Master Distributor for UMW Pennzoil Distributors Sdn. Bhd. (PENNZOIL).

Following the initial success in the marketing of Pennzoil products by UMW Auto Parts Sdn. Bhd., Pennzoil USA in its major globalisation programme in 1991, awarded exclusive marketing and distribution rights of Pennzoil in Malaysia to UMW Holdings Berhad.
