Incorporated on 5th February 2008 by eccentric entrepreneur Mr. Mohd. Fuad bin Mohamed, FNQ Maju Marketing Sdn. Bhd. a subsidiary of Primelube Petrochemicals (M) Sdn. Bhd. has been entrusted by UMW Holding Berhad as Master Distributor for UMW Pennzoil Distributors Sdn. Bhd. (PENNZOIL). Primelube Petrochemicals (M) Sdn. Bhd. also has been appointed by UMW Holding Berhad as Master Distributor for UMW Lubricant International (REPSOL).
Primelube Petrochemicals (M) Sdn. Bhd. also been awarded as Mega Importer and Mega Distributor for Petromin Saudi Arabia (PETROMIN) for their wide range of lubricant products to be distributed in Malaysia and Indonesia.
